The Dordogne

In the Vézère valley, classified as a world heritage site, numerous prehistoric and troglodytic sites await you, notably the Thot, an annex of the Lascaux 2 caves, 500m from our campsite, and many other places inherited from our Cro-Magnon ancestors.

The Périgord Noir is also rich in numerous castles and picturesque villages, each more beautiful than the next, notably the “most beautiful villages in France” with Saint Léon sur Vézère, Saint Amand de Coly, museums, parks and gardens
